Male fertility tests primarily involve semen samples and blood tests. Sperm count, shape and motility, as well as the levels of male hormones are checked. While there are some physical markers that doctors will look for, like varioceles, the size of any body part, including the penis, as long as it is functioning normally is not necessarily indicative of fertility issues.
