GOSSIP United 'agree potential compensation' for Solskjaer if he becomes permanent boss
Manchester United and Molde have reportedly agreed a fee if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer becomes permanent manager of the Red Devils in the summer.
Solskjaer became caretaker of United on Wednesday following the sacking of Jose Mourinho .
He will take charge of the club on an interim basis until the end of the season, but still has a contract with Norwegian club Molde until 2021 .
It is believed Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino remains the club’s no.1 target to take over full-time in the summer.
The Argentine only signed a five-year contract with the north London club in May but if United are serious about appointing him, they must reportedly fork out more than £40m to land him given he has no release clause in his deal.
And Sky Sports are now reporting a £7.2m fee has been agreed between United and Molde should they wish to make Solskjaer their permanent manager in the summer.

Solskjaer’s first game in charge of Manchester United is against Cardiff on Saturday, the club he managed in 2014.
Mike Phelan, a United assistant under Sir Alex Ferguson, returns to the club to work with Solskjaer, alongside current coaches Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna.
