Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola, has reacted to his 3-2 lost to Cystal Palace at the Ethiad stadium today. The defending champions unbeaten run to the current domestic has now come to an end as a result of the lost.

Manchester city drew first blood in the 27th minute and were thought to be heading for another routine win before the visitors replied with two quick goals in the first half. The situation became further compounded when they added another one , the scores became 3-1 and the resorted to defensive approach.

The defending champions however pulled one back through substitute Kevine De Bryune and that was only a consolation goal as the visitors held on to see out the game.

Pep Guardiola then revealed at the end of the game while fielding questions from journalists that he accepts responsibility for the lost. He went further by saying ‘When we win and I make a selection, I am a genius (in others’ eyes). When I lose, I am not.’
