”This is who I am. I am different, and I have learnt to accept it fully.” She said in an interview.
Harnaam Kaur is a 23-year-old bearded woman who lives in the UK, and realized the unusual growth of beard on her chin at the age of 11.
She would shave her hair or cover it when she is walking in the streets, because she was taunted, bullied and threatened. She claimed that, when she was in High School, she was bullied, and she was usually called names like: “She male.” Or “She-man”, which later led her to harming herself times uncountable, and which made her, also, suicidal.
When she became 16, she became to own her narrative. She began to grow her beards, fully. She decided to be baptized as a Seek. Then, she realized that her body and every other thing belong to God. Her parents weren’t supportive. But, she had a younger brother and a friend who were there for her.

Once she began to embrace herself, she began to receive threats from people, assuring her that they would throw bricks at her till she died. She never gave up. She was giving tips on how to maintain the facial hair; giving out product recommendations and other valuables to other women who live with the same condition. She receives messages of encouragement from these people, thanking her for representing them.

Hirsutism or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is an imbalance of hormones, which excessively produces hair on the body and face of a woman— like men.
This condition is said to be excessive hormones, which is supposedly the amount found in men, which later produces excessive, unwanted hair on a woman’s body and/or face.
Like men, once they get their hair shoved, the hair multiplies.
Women living with this condition have been termed “cast-outs” or “devils” and whatnot.
