Shazam is an application that can identify music, movies, advertising, and television shows based on a short sample played and using the microphone on the device.

Black Sherif's "Kwaku the Traveller," which recently became the number one song in Nigeria, is currently the most shazamed song in the world with more than two hundred and seventy thousand (270,000) shazams.
