Prior to the governorship election in Osun, the Nigeria police had asked senator Ademola Adeleke, representing Osun West, and four others allegedly involved in the malpractice to report to the force headquarters in Abuja for “immediate” arraignment in court.

Following the allegation laid against Adeleke and four others over fraudulently registering as students of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Osun state, to enable them sit for the National Examination Council (NECO) of June/July 2017.
Adeleke in reaction to the allegation said ” Before President Muhammadu Buhari takes me to court over exams malpractices, he should present his own certificate if only he had one.
