SOUTHERN COMFORT Rangers star reveals it is his 'dream' to move to the Premier League
Alfredo Morelos revealed it is his ‘dream to play in the English Premier League’ after scoring his 20th goal of the season.
The Rangers striker arrived in Scotland back in June 2017, scoring 38 goals since then.
Boss Steven Gerrard claimed he wasn’t resistant to bids for the Colombian next month when the transfer window opens, but insisted the 22-year-old was going nowhere just yet.
But the Liverpool legend will be somewhat perturbed to learn his star striker has told a radio station in his home country that he wants to move to the Premier League in the near future.
“It is very likely there are several teams looking at me and that there will be offers but there is nothing concrete yet,” Morelos told Blu Radio’s Blog Deportivo programme.
“I have to wait until the last game of the year is played and will try to end 2018 in a positive way.

“My dream is to play in the English Premier League. It’s very similar to the football in Scotland.”
After starring for Independiente Medellin in his home country, Morelos moved to HJK Helsinki before his switch to Glasgow.
Chinese Super League side Beijing Renhe failed with a £10million bid at the start of the year, but it appears as though a move to the Premier League to fulfil his international dreams is what motivates Morelos.
“The national team is very important to me,” he continued “It’s in my mind all the time. I know that if I continue like this by scoring goals for Rangers, a new opportunity will come. I am aware that if I do the right things the call will come.”
