JUST IN: 2 Feared Dead At Buhari's Rally In Jalingo
President Muhammadu Buhari's presidential campaign rally in Jalingo, Taraba state capital, on Thursday, February 7, witnessed tragedy as not less than two persons were feared dead.
Daily Trust reported that the tragedy was caused by overcrowding at the Jolly Nyame Stadium, the venue of the rally which was attended by many APC supporters from all local government areas in the state.
It was learnt that the victims were rushed to hospital in ambulances that were on standby at the stadium.
According to newsmen, the rally caused huge traffic jam for some hours on major roads in the state capital.
