Take A Look At How Chelsea Star, Hudson-Odoi Welcomed To His Home Country, Ghana After He Won The UCL

Chelsea stars are being given a hero's recognition wherever they go after their triumph in the Champions league last Saturday. The blues beat fellow Premier league side Man City in the final, against all odds to win a second ever Champions league title. It was quite an achievement for a team that almost everyone never gave a chance of lifting the trophy. Few days ago, Matteo Kovacic arrived at the Croatian national team camp ahead of the Euros and he was given a heartwarming reception. The Croatian National team made a cake for the Chelsea man and honoured him for his achievement with Chelsea this season.

In that same vein, Kante, Giroud and Zouma were hugged by their French compatriots as they arrived the French team camp yesterday. All the players called up by Didier Deschamps gave all 3 Chelsea players a hug and a handshake after they arrived. And today, it is the turn of Calum Hudson Odoi. The 20 year old whose parents are Ghanaians arrived Ghana few hours ago and the people gave him a hero's welcome. Traditional music and dancers were used to welcome the talented youngster and he was seen dancing to the tone of the music along with the dancers.

Calum Hudson Odoi actually chose England over Ghana but that did not stop the Ghana people from recognising one of their own. Below are the pictures from the video which Hudson Odoi himself posted on his Instagram account status. They are not entirely clear though....
